Fore Right

By accessing or using Fore Right, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Fore Right is a platform for coordinating golf tee times with your group. Features include creating and joining groups, scheduling events, reserving tee time slots, and tracking scores.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid email address or phone number.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful or unlawful content, or interfering with the operation of the platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss or damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect the following information when you create an account or use Fore Right:

• Mobile phone number (if provided)
• Golf event and score data you enter into the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate and improve Fore Right, including authenticating your identity, displaying your profile to group members, and facilitating event coordination.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number, we may send you SMS text messages for the sole purpose of account authentication (one-time verification codes). Specifically:

• Purpose: Verification codes are sent only to confirm your identity when signing in or signing up.
• Message frequency: You will receive one SMS message per login or sign-up attempt. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
• No sharing of mobile numbers: Your mobile phone number will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., our authentication and hosting infrastructure). We do not share your mobile number with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at me@rsan.cc.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however.

7. Children's Privacy

Fore Right is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
